01. Hire period- 3 days from collection/delivery. Items not returned within the specified timeframe will incur additional daily charges at the current Royal Laboratorie (RL) rates for outstanding days. A longer hire period may be negotiated and communication prior to pick up is required.

02. Delivery and collection times to be arranged prior to the event.

03. Prices are GST exclusive.

04. Mileage is itemised on the quote.

05. Deposits are non-refundable

06. Once the 30% deposit has been paid to RL, the T+C’s are deemed to be accepted and the items are confirmed as booked and secured and the highlighted items in your quote cannot be removed or quantities decreased.

07. Full payment must be made within 14 days before goods get delivered.

08. The hirer accepts full responsibility for the correct manner of use of the equipment.

09. All glassware, crockery, and cutlery are to be returned rinsed, food-free, and re-packed in the delivery containers. All glassware needs to be returned upright in the boxes. Plates and cutlery must be rinsed prior to returning. A $50.00 washing fee will be applied to all orders.

10. All damage, loss, or breakage of equipment and packaging (including boxes and crates) is to be paid for by the hirer at replacement cost. Hire equipment is not insured whilst outside of RL’s hire premise or vehicles.

11. All damaged items will be invoiced at the replacement cost of the item post-event.

12. All goods and hire items to remain the property of RL.

13. Return visits to collect additional stock will incur additional fees, alternately the hirer can drop off the additional stock to the RL showroom within 7 days.

14. No changes can be made to your order/invoice 10 days prior to your event or wedding.

15. Weddings and events affected by COVID-19 we will happily postpone within 12months of the event date. Product availability will be discussed when rebooking.
